Refund & Return Policy

At AR Nexus, every pottery, textile, woodwork, and fine art piece is selected for craftsmanship and authenticity. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or final-sale items marked at checkout are not eligible unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of our customers and artisans, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration.
  • Products without original packaging when packaging is required for safe transit.
  • Gift cards and digital products.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email Rehman@abdulrehman.store or use our Contact page within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  4. Pack the item securely using the original box and padding when possible. Fragile pieces (pottery, glass, fine art) must be packed to prevent transit damage.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • Change of mind or sizing preference: Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • We recommend insured shipping for fragile goods. AR Nexus is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit when the customer arranges shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Partial refunds may apply if an item is returned outside the 30-day window, missing components, or not in resalable condition.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or variant, contact us before returning your item. When stock is available, we can arrange an exchange. You are responsible for return shipping on exchanges unless the original item was defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. Do not discard damaged packaging until your case is resolved.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after our confirmation email, check with your bank or card issuer first. Processing times vary. If the issue persists, email Rehman@abdulrehman.store with your order number.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they ship. Once tracking is issued, standard return rules apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
